“Create a temporary tent city for 500 people in the middle of an empty, rural field? No existing electricity? No running water? We can do that for you. No problem.”

— David Beahm

A Riot of Color

As the bulk of guests arrived into town, a joyous and lively “cocktail and grazing” welcome party was hosted in an art museum to thank guests for their attendance at the wedding celebration, and accelerate the celebration into full speed.

Inspired by color and texture—massive, monochromatic “flower bombs” created in glossy, white, oversized “paint cans” appeared throughout the celebration.

Behind the evening’s performances, huge LED walls were employed to create light installations that helped to energize the celebration with movement and pattern.

Surrounded by Green and Glass

The kick-off event of a spectacular wedding weekend, this causal, intimate cocktail gathering for close friends and family was designed to highlight a magical greenhouse in the midst of an urban landscape.

Our couple’s very own oasis: we filled the space with verdant plantings, fragrant herbs, and twinkling candlelight, merely hinting at the life and energy that would be experienced in the celebrations that followed.

Surrounded by Love

The wedding ceremony was held in an elegant sailcloth tent to shield guests from inclement weather.

Inside, we created an environment that would embrace our couple in support, warmth, and joy.  Soft, subtle colors and airy textures were utilized to honor the sanctity of the vows—the wreath above and circular platform below both emblematic of the rings being exchanged.

Cocktails at the Country Store

For cocktail hour, we converted a utility/work barn into an immaculately-styled, vintage country store.

Antique furniture pieces and unique hardware finds were curated to transform the work barn into a cosy, welcoming space.  The space was illuminated from above with oversized Edison bulbs enrobed in basket shades casting a warm light onto the faces of the gathered as they raised a toast to our couple.

Beneath a Meadow of Wildflowers

An entirely custom-designed tent was designed and manufactured for our clients.

This impressive structure supported a never-before-seen, inverted meadow of blooming wildflowers that hovered over the heads of the gathered and was reflected in a rose-gold mirrored dance floor below.

Entirely couture décor elements such as carpeting, furniture and tabletop (china, stemware, flatware) were designed and manufactured to our client’s specifications.

An ode to an “American Road Trip,” our couple’s after party was based on their own, post-graduate school vacation road trip across the United States. In an adjoining tent, we converted the couple’s vintage Airstream into a photo booth and projected reel footage of vintage stock “family vacation” movies interspersed with the couple’s own home movies. Adirondack lounge furniture, tabletop campfires, and Coleman lanterns gave the late night revelers new meaning to “backyard camping”!
