Setting the Stage
As guests arrived in rural Utah’s Amangiri for a very special weekend retreat, they were welcomed to the celebration at hand with a serene and sublime, Asian-inspired dinner that magically “popped up” in the hotel lobby after check-in.
By utilizing custom floral “screens” we were able to create an intimate, luxurious, dining experience where guests were able to meet each other and connect.

Reveling in Adventure
The next morning, as guests enjoyed breakfast, they knew an adventure awaited them, but they did not know what was (literally) on the horizon.
In the distance, the exciting hum of helicopters began to grow, and in an instant—a fleet of ten helicopters buzzed the property and landed, kicking up the desert dust in dramatic fashion.
Once our guests boarded, they experienced a tour of the Grand Canyon, landing for a spell to enjoy a picnic on the edge of the national park, gazing down into the spellbinding scenery below.
Feeling a Golden Glow
When guests returned to the hotel, an over-the-top pool party awaited our glowing, golden guest-of-honor.
A DJ fueled dance party erupted around the pool deck, heightened by mid-century modern furniture and dramatic lighting.
By the end of the night when our gilded go-go boys appeared at the top of the adjacent butte—tossing hundreds of gold beach balls into the pool below—all of our guests had made their way into the water, fully dressed!
Soaking Up the Joy
Another day and another surprise awaited the following morning. Following breakfast, our guests were whisked across Lake Powell in a speedboat race, ending at a colorful beachside oasis we created for a fun day in the sun.
Respite from the heat was available on houseboats moored close by or under a camp of Moroccan tents staged for the party.
Diving into the Deep Blue
The final night of an epic weekend concluded with a formal evening inspired by the deep blue, star filled, Utah night sky.
Guests were entertained by fanciful synchronized swimmers during a whimsical cocktail reception, followed by dinner where they were seated at a single long table with an artfully crafted, massive, paper flower sculpture that hovered above them.
The night concluded with dancing into the wee hours, a fireworks display, and projected montage of images from the weeklong adventure that will live in our client’s heart forever.
